Product introduction: The production line can produce 100-150 bread per minute and 7,200 bread per hour. It needs two operators to keep it running. This line is 14 meters long, 2 meters wide and 1.8 meters high.

Production process introduction: Feed the flour to the automatic dough mixer, which will blend the flour automatically. After the dough mixed, the dough will be transported to the conveyor-cutting machine where dough will be rolled and cut. The segmented dough will enter the automatic continuous pressing machine to press. After pressed, the dough will enter the molding machine through a conveyor belt to mold. The formed breads will be arranged by the aligning machine and through the conveyor belt into the arrangement machine putting it on the plates.

According to 120 breads per minute, each breads weighs about 100g-125g, and plate calculation is carried out: Each plate of 15, an hour can produce 7200 steamed buns put 480 plates.
